We decorated the tree and house for Christmas this past weekend. Obviously, having Xander made the process a bit more difficult, but it was a MUST since we're staying home this year and since it's Xander's 1st Christmas. We even had electrical outlets put outside this Summer so that we could hang Christmas lights outside! Inside the house, Mike and Xander worked hard on getting the tree ready for ornaments...
We decided on a fake tree since we have every intention of continuing the tradition of going to TX each year and don't want to have to deal with dry needles on the ground or a fire hazard while we're gone. The tree is awesome -- seriously, it has a remote control for the lights! :) Anyway, it's beautiful.
